"We two had an excellent stay at this charming and spacious property in Emeryville, minutes from the San Francisco Bay Bridge. The king size bed was comfortable, closet space plenty large. The living room and dining room had tasteful furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything worked. The jetted tub in the bathroom was a real plus. Everything to like and nothing to complain about."

"This is a very cute cozy house with lots of interesting art and decorations. The bathroom sink was beautiful!I greatly appreciated was that our host was ok with us having a few folks over. For those who attended it worked well and we were all comfortable. It is in an amazing location, all kinds of wonderful restaurants and shops on Solano Avenue which the house is half a block from. We would come back here again!"

"Provisions Cafe is a 10/10, access to the ferry is a 5 minute walk. Only negative is there no market close. House is homey feel ready with easy access and good secure feel. "This little place is well equipped, designed with flare, and extremely cozy! A great relaxing landing place for exploring the area. I was immediately soothed upon entry: mood lighting and a spa-like atmosphere were just what I needed. Little touches like coffee and snacks, along with the unique jetted shower, make for a really relaxing environment. Also, the hosts provided very thorough recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. A great find in San Rafael!"

It’s a bit off the beaten path, which is great for quiet, but some people would not find it walkable to shops and restaurants because of the uphill climb.
