"The desk staff was amazing! She put us in a quiet spot on the 3rd floor!! We were beyond exhausted when we arrived so we appreciated her finding us the perfect spot. However, the bathroom had probably not been cleaned before and the sink drain was plugged up. Took 10 min or so to drain. Breakfast was ok. "
"Nice 2 night stay, very spacious and had a microwave & mini fridge in the room. It was clean compared the usual ones that are stained and have a smell lol. I would return! "
"Cleaning is good, room is good. got Bloomington it was very cold and they hadn't shuttle from the airport to the hotel, despite hotels.com saying they have. there are no taxis so i need to walk at night in the cold winter time with my bags to the hotel. There was no bottled water for sale and there is no food anymore at 10:30pm, so make a plan if you are coming by the last flight from delta or american airlines."

The inside of the building and the building itself were tapped up very well. The rooms were beautiful, clean and seemingly newly remodeled. However, the ground the parking lot had humongous, potholes, overgrown, weeds, garbage laying all over the parking lot. That being said, the staff was great."
"This is a house that dates from 1869 that is kept in that style with lots of old time features, it has got sir con and modernish bathrooms., but if you want taking back in time this is a place to stay. The staff are great and the breakfast too."
