"Nice propertty. Store is nice. Everything was supplied and clean. Location is beautiful and just outside the NE gate to Yellowstone. I booked through expedia, and it was a few months ago, but i don't remember anything about a cleaning fee. I am even OK with the fee if i was aware of it. Only other issue was there was still no cell service and the cabins do not have wifi. Some people prefer this. There is wifi at the store and is free."

"Incredible! Stunning! Beautiful! Surrounded by mountains! Peaceful! It was the most perfect area to stay. Chico Hot Springs was only a few miles away. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was cute, and there were plenty of books to read. The dirt/gravel road was a beautiful walk in the morning to start each day. "We’ve stayed here many times to the point where I’ve lost track. It rained for most of the time but we soaked at Chico and also had a wonderful meal at their dining room. We watched movies and read a lot. We also prepared our own meals using the fully stocked kitchen. A new addition was the the wifi, which I was grateful for as I was able to monitor my home and greenhouse remotely. Had it been nicer weather, we would have hiked up to Emigrant Creek Falls. "We had a great time while staying here. Nice clean property. Just minutes from the park where we saw countless animals. Even woke up to a moose in the yard one morning. The only thing I can say bad is that it is a little hard to find if you arrive after dark. I would recommend this property to anyone and if I come to Yellowstone again I will try to book this place"

"The cabin was wonderful! Parking was a bit challenging but not a deterrent at all. Location was amazing. Gardiner is a fantastic little town, and the people are super friendly! You can walk to anything! The park is literally across the street, and so fun to watch rafters putting in while relaxing on the large porch on the river! Host is super responsive and helpful. We will be back!"

"Overall the place was very clean and adequately appointed. I would have switched the location of the queen-size bed and the sofa/hide-a-bed, so I could watch the TV while sitting up.
