The lovely 2+ bedroom guest suite has a gated and private entrance, full bath, bedroom, living room, laundry, refrigerator, microwave, and a full kitchen. We have the amenities of home away from home. The den is decorated a playroom that will keep your kids engaged and happy while you can read a book or just chill in front of the TV

The space
An entire level of the home (~2400 sq ft) on bottom level, with private entrance in gated home, available just for you! Enjoy this comfortable and spacious unit, impeccably clean and decorated to make you feel at home.

We have a pretty fenced in yard for you to enjoy. Throughout the year, you might see vines of grapes or three trees of figs or orange shining persimmons hanging over the trees.

Guest access
You will be granted garage access through myQ app using your email address. You have a designated parking space that is on the left side of the garage. Your private entrance is next to your parking with a smart lock.

Please let us know if you bring any dogs . There is a pet fee of $25 per dog to also cover the cleaning.

House rules:

No more than 6 people can enter the unit without host's permission. No party or gathering events allowed.There will be a 200 dollars fine and immediate termination of the stay for violators.
