"We had a spill and when I cleaned it up the rag was filthy.
Don't use the bathroom because there's no soap to wash your hands. There's only a small tube of shampoo for two people. There's no soap to wash dishes either.
Speaking of dishes, there's a kitchenette but nothing to cook with. There wasn't a coffeemaker in the room, just a microwave and a full size refrigerator/freezer."

"Pros: Location was terrific, house was decorated festively for the holidays, the kids loved the game room!Cons: The cookware/bakeware/utensils were not in good shape and were very disorganized. The kitchen cabinets, drawers, and pantry could use a deep clean out and purging of unnecessary items. I've never seen so much stuff in a rental. Although the house itself was clean, the extra random stuff in the kitchen and pantry were off-putting.The mattresses were not comfortable - too firm. Perhaps...

"Abdul was helpful, and for the most part we enjoyed the apartment. Better furnishings would have garnered 5 stars, but the 3 chairs and table were not very sturdy (one chair was broken). Better to have 4 sturdy bar stools to go with the nice kitchen bar. Warning: only park along the building; DON'T park in the parking lot or you'll get an annoying bright green sticker on your driver window and possibly towed. Over-zealous (think Barney Fife) security staff for HUB 121. "

"We had a great stay at this home. The house was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The layout was perfect for both work and family time, with comfortable beds and well-maintained amenities throughout. The location was convenient and quiet, close to Frisco and Allen, which made getting around very easy. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."
