"We keep coming back to this property year after year, and we have a great time every year. It’s great to unplug and unwind for a few days, and this is a great place to do that. They provide everything needed to make this laid back weekend easy. "

"The cabin is as described - although it is a dry cabin, it offered a lot of little amenities that make it a lot nicer. Yes, the bugs are bad - but you have to expect that in Northern MN. The outhouse was a little overwhelming depending on the time of day - not sure if it’s venting as it should, but that was the only thing that was a disappointment. We had a severe thunderstorm roll in over night, and we were certainly happy to be in a cabin. "

"This place was everything we were looking for for a quiet get away. We enjoyed everything the hosts offered — pontoon, hot tub, kayaks, small rocky beach for kids to be kids and although we were initially shocked there was only one TV in the whole house, we welcomed it as it forced us to think about not being on electronic devices and to instead do campfires and family board games. We enjoyed every minute!"

"It was me and my dog flash, here over a long weekend. I look for properties with not a lot of action going on. I am an introvert and thrive on peace, solitude and tranquility. This place filled those boxes nicely. The Sax-Zim bog is nearby and Duluth is not far either. Birders, a great place to be near the bog!!! The pics are just a couple of the ones I took at Sax-Zim. "

"We had a great time. Biwabik was our hub. We ventured out to many places in Minnesota from here. The house was perfect. If you stay, don't miss out on Vi's Pizza. The pizza is amazing and walking distance from the house. "

"Cute house in nice walkable neighborhood. Easily accommodated 5 adults (2 couples, a senior and 20 lb dog). Lots of counter space, Had a Keurig duo (makes a pot or can do single cup with pods). Large refrigerator/freezer. Does have 2 bathrooms, one with tub/shower on 2nd floor with bedrooms and one with shower in the basement. Washer and dryer in basement too. Helpful to dry beach towels/suits from swimming. Host had shampoo, crème rinse, body wash. Left a basket of Keurig pods in kitchen and...

"Stayed here with 6 guys to golf at The Wilderness and the Giant’s Ridge courses. It was clean and had everything we need. No outdoor space for yard games but we didn’t have any time for that so it wasn’t a problem. Would recommend."

"Fantastic. The house is gorgeous, on a great secluded lot. Up for a guys' golf trip and ee were talking about making a reservation for next year by the end of our first day there. Everybody loved the space, especially the patio. 10/10"

"Perfect location for a weekend up north. The house was clean, comfortable, and cozy - we especially loved the fireplace. Great kitchen and beds. Easy communication and options to contact host if needed. Wonderful stay! "
