"Had a wonderful and peaceful 12 day solo retreat. The cabin is cozy and pleasant. The kitchen is well appointed. The location can’t be beat, and I think the short trail and bridge to the riverbank is a plus, especially if you enjoy birds out back. The host was friendly and communicative."

"Everything about the cabin is perfect. Loved the porch the most! Great views. Beautiful grounds. Kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfy. Loved everything about our stay. "Charming and comfortable cabin. It has everything you need. The kitchen is compact but well equipped (no oven but we didn't miss it one bit!) Located on the river, you can sit out on the screened in porch and listen to it or watch people go by on rafts, as we did. Plenty of activities nearby: white water rafting, hot springs, hiking trails, etc. The grounds are lovely and the flower beds are beautiful. We can't wait to go back!"

"Log cabin Inn is a beautiful spot. Highly recommend. I would love to come back. Our bed was hard though. I would hesitate to rent this particular cabin because it gave me really bad hip pain. The cabin is beautiful though."

"The location is remote, and the amenities were bare bones--if that. Shampoo, yes; conditioner, no. No hair dryer. No iron. Keurig machine but no capsules. No washcloths and only one handtowel. No facial tissue. It's like a place no one lives in."

"Beautiful home, awesome kitchen, plenty of places to sit and sleep and close to LoLoma Lodge where we were taking part of a family wedding, Wish we could have stayed longer! Only issue is if you open the windows at night, there is some road noise from trucks using their airbrakes in that stretch of the highway. Otherwise perfect place."

"I don’t think it’s even possible to explain this place in words. This is by far one of the greatest places we’ve stayed. The views and feel are absolutely stunning. My wife and I will 100% be planning a trip back in the future. The river sound will lull you to sleep and make you long for it after leaving. Tim is an excellent host and was super responsive. What an amazing place this is."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin nestled in the trees overlooking Horse Creek. The outdoor kitchen and bath house are a bonus to this beautiful setting. The bath house has 2 private outdoor showers, which overlook the creek. There is also a full bath inside the cabin. "This place was clean, quiet, calm, and EXACTLY what i needed! The property managers were phenomenal as well, super helpful and informative, while still maintaining privacy. "We loved this place!! Like someone else said in another review, sitting on the porch feels like you're sitting right over the water. It was so comfortable, very straightforward to get checked in, and there was even spare coffee for us to enjoy in the morning. Right as we were leaving we saw a bald eagle battling with a duck on the river, maybe fifty yards from the patio. This was a remarkable place to stay!"

"Everything was clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoos, cooking utensils, etc. The river is literally right outside the sliding doors off the deck. It was quiet and peaceful. The property manager/owner was extremely easy to work with. That was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway. Thank you, Mike!"
