"This was our first trip to Long Island, and it was perfect! The cottage had the most beautiful views, and we spent every evening outside watching the sun set over the water. Debbie and Phil (as well as everyone we met on the island) were extremely friendly and had great suggestions for things to do, where to eat, and places to visit. It was the perfect place to celebrate our engagement, and we will absolutely be back for the honeymoon!! Couldn’t ask for anything better! "

"Cottage was exactly as we'd hoped - secluded (careful on the dirt road in; potholes abound), quiet, and just steps from the beach. "Best of both worlds, the beach and the pool. Was nice to be able to walk or swim to Tiny's Hurricane Hole. The house was roomy and nice, only draw back was would have been nice to have AC in the main living area and kitchen. We were able to use a fan and force air from one of the bedrooms. The house is a duplex but no one was staying on the other side and there were no neighbors close by.I would recommend this house."

"First off, the communication with the owner was great. Right from the start Patrick was letting us know about the property and the island. We were allowed to check in upon arrival to the island since no one was before us, which was great. Unfortunately the flight was 4 hours late.
