House had all the amenities we could possibly have asked for, and the property manager proved professional and helpful. The house was roomy and nice, only draw back was would have been nice to have AC in the main living area and kitchen. We were able to use a fan and force air from one of the bedrooms. The house is a duplex but no one was staying on the other side and there were no neighbors close by.I would recommend this house."

"We’ve been coming to Long Island for over 10 years. This was perfect. Great view. Markets are close. Hosts were great and always available."

"First off, the communication with the owner was great. Right from the start Patrick was letting us know about the property and the island. We were allowed to check in upon arrival to the island since no one was before us, which was great. Unfortunately the flight was 4 hours late.
