"We were looking for a lakefront property close to Milledgeville and with a nearby boat ramp. This property fit the bill. A plus was the wildlife. We saw deer on or close to the property every day. The next door neighbors were friendly and a joy to converse with. Will return "

"The property is beautiful. The water is so warm. The house was cozy and inviting. The host has left us a beautiful card and fresh flowers. The screened in porch made enjoying the night air so much more pleasant. The fire pit is right on the edge of the water so you could enjoy the view. We didn't realize the fire pit area could be lit up until the night before we left. We will definitely be trying to plan to return next year "

"We had a wonderful trip to Lake Sinclair! The check-in process was very easy, the kitchen had everything we needed and the golf cart was a huge plus! The property was exactly as described. Location was perfect - restaurants on the water were close by either by boat or car and having Publix and Kroger less than 10 minutes away was great. We will definitely be back! "
