The house is incredible and very comfortable for large family gatherings. I can't say enough about how nice the house was......well supplied kitchen, sharp knives, great hot tub which was both hot and clean, beautiful views, etc, etc.The only negative is how poorly the house is stocked with things like toilet paper, soap, etc. There was a lack of certain basic items (soap in the master bathroom, no tissues, very limited and flimsy garbage bags) that I think should be basic. Hey, but that's just me.

Beautiful, new home that is spacious and has a particularly well-equipped gourmet kitchen. The hot tub was immaculate and quite large. While the house is across a small lane from the lake, the house’s dock is a few minutes’ walk down the road, and the lake was too oily from power boats for swimming (at least in mid-August). Inside and out, lots of room for our group of 7 to hang out. I would have given it 5 stars except as others have mentioned management is non-responsive after check-in. We only had a few small inquiries but never heard back from anyone. Hopefully if your issue is larger they’d respond.A big bonus for us was the rec center access, in particular the indoor pool. You get a lot of bang for the buck with this house!

Great Stay at Deep Creek

We really enjoyed our time at Idlywood it was a very clean and comfortable house. We enjoyed the outside deck, the screened in deck when the bugs came out, and the fire pit. The furniture was comfortable and clean and there was a lot cooking utensils and both a gas and charcoal grill. Having our own slip allowed for us to rent a boat for the four days we were there. Awesome place.

Stay away from this home !!

This home is one of the examples of how not to go by just online reviews. The house seems perfect in pictures and the communication was just perfect right before we arrived at a property.After we reached the property, we noticed sun room had a thick layer of pollen which could not be accumulated in couple of days. It was very clear that the sun room was not cleaned atleast for a week or two. The table tennis net in the sunroom was broken so our kids could not use it. All the additional blankets and throws that were not in the bedroom had horrible smell. Looks like only the sheets and blankets in the bedroom were cleaned.The jack and Jill bathroom had broken lock on one of the doors. So we had to put a side table and a lamp behind the door so that no one accidentally opens the door. We reached out to the cell number 1 (301) 453-4117 And they mentioned that they are checking with the team but never replied back after that.The only plus point for this home is perfectly equipped kitchen and convenient location. But the management is horrible. I am sure there are tons of beautiful properties around deep creek. Try to stay away from this one !!

Beautiful Home!

What an absolutely beautiful home and location. The master bedroom is to die for!!! There is a ton of space, plenty of kitchen utensils, and the hot tub was awesome. I can't recommend this gorgeous estate enough.

Family Easter Gathering

Breathtaking views and a beautiful home to gather with family. Huge kitchen that is perfect for cooking meals together. The layout of the house was perfect for our group with lots of room to spread out. We loved that you could gate off the bottom porch so that little ones can safely play. The hot tub was in a perfect spot to take in the lake views. We loved having the smaller fire pit by the hot tub, and the option to do a bigger fire lower on the property. We would definitely stay again!

Almost Heaven

Only there for a weekend for a few family birthday celebrations The house was amazing. Quality decor The view was tops We all could sit for dinner at the table. The kids played downstairs while the adults talked and enjoyed the fireplace Enjoyed Ace’s run and Firewater for dinner. Went to a state park where the explored. The view is breathe taking At night you can see the stars and the moon glow in the make Even used the fire pit and hot tub. We would definitely come back Hopefully soon

PERFECT

Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. The shower pressure was unbelievable! You are able to have a big family all stay together and everyone have a separate space for everyone. 10/10 would stay again.

Amazing home

The house was absolutely beautiful! Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the deck with friendly deer. At night we had an awesome camp fire and roasted s'more's! The kitchen was very nice to cook in and the beds are comfortable! We can’t wait to return!

Fantastic Stay
