"Our condo was very clean and well appointed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. While we didn't use the indoor pool, it looked beautiful and well maintained. The view from our 2 decks was terrific, and with the brick walls on each side, they were very private. The two beds were very comfortable, but we can't say the same about the couches. Thus, the 4 star rating rather than 5. We would, however, stay at the Will O the Wisp again without hesitation."

"The room and property was vey clean, BUT in the room though it was clean, the bed was horrible, it was like laying on a rock , my wife and I could not get comfortable, she was miserable. As anyone knows, the MAIN reason for booking a place to stay is to SLEEP comfortably, we did not. We had a 2 night reservation but left before staying the 2nd night. Beautiful hotel and room, terrible bed."

"We left after the 1st night. Internet did not work. The front desk told us it would work in the hall! We could have dealt with that. But when we awoke, everything was damp. It was so damp that neither me nor my daughter felt well. Stuffy nose and headache. The last straw was the small flying insects that were there. They were in the bathroom and near the kitchen. I did not say anything to the front desk. It would have been pointless. I am in the process of trying to get a refund."

"It was an easy stay. The condo was simple, but had everything we needed. We stayed on the second level. Next time we would stay on the third level or above as the ceilings are higher. The resort is complete with nice amenities: pool, restaurants, beach on the lake, covered parking. Great location for accessing all of Deep Creek Lake."

"The place was perfect for its location to the lake and state park where we went hiking for 3 glorious days. Staff friendly and helpful. Only thing I would add is that they need to update the rooms and balcony. I could have used a blender in the kitchen rather than 2 coffee makers."
