"This house had the essentials and was so quaint and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. It is located in a perfect location, just one block from all things Magnolia. After touring the city, we learned many rental properties were not in very good/safe places, so we felt lucky to have stumbled upon this gem. It was located amid other rental properties and was easy to get around all the great things to do in Waco. We had a wonderful time!"

The hot tub/spa was nice and the secure parking was a bonus. This fit perfect for the 10 of us. The requirements for departure was very simple and easy.
