"Da hora q cheguei até a hora q fui embora o hotel não teve luz. Bizarro!!
Tudo em volta tinha luz, menos lá. Não tivemos café da manhã.
O recepcionista de primeira falou q não poderíamos entrar no quarto pois não tinha como fazer o check in, depois de insistir, ele conseguiu um quarto. Sem internet, sem água quente…
Lamentável!
Gastei minha noite do hotéis.com nisso!!!

"I made the reservation, and when I arrived at the property, the attendant simply told me there was no room available for me. She didn't even try to resolve my issue. She said it was my problem and I should contact Hoteis.com. To make matters worse, she was very rude and turned her back and went to a room where I saw her with the light off, fiddling with her cell phone, pretending she didn't even see me. When I contacted Hoteis.com, the attendant said she would call the hotel. The phone rang...
