"This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). I was in town to assist with a family wedding, which was taking place at the Crystal Palace pavilion, so it was incredible to be so close to where I needed to be over the few days I was in town. "Hosts are very welcoming and show you everything and thought of everything. Very private with large grassy yard My golden doodle had a blast playing fetch and being off leach. We played bocce ball and enjoyed the fire pit as well as the lit screened in picnic table in the evening. Cabin is compact but windows let in a wee breeze. The kayaks were the highlight, kayaking to the waterfall. Happy, relaxing time 😎🐶"

"Lisa's property was perfect for a winter weekend away from the city. The river was running and beautiful to sit next to, and we used the outdoor firepit and indoor fireplace to make everything really cosy.The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen completely equipped for any kind of cooking we wanted to do. "We were going to a wedding and we found this listing. Upon renting, we didn't realise just how amazing this place was. Such open spaces with incredible, newly-renovated everything. We felt so comfortable, and our only negative was that we weren't able to stay longer. The host was amazing and was easy to reach out before our stay. "We had a great stay. The house was just what we needed. We enjoyed the firepit, played games, and toured the area. Even spotted a deer in the yard one morning. The road could be a small concern if you have children or pets as the cars speed past and trees block the view of the driveway. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.
