"Breakfast in the executive lounge was good but they ran out of food early. The hotel was very clean and most of the staff was very helpful excellent for the first front desk attendant, she failed to mention that the mint museum was free for hotel guests. I paid $30 for entrance and didn’t need to but other than that, great stay and no issues with valet. We dined at Dean’s which was great and we had drinks at Caroline’s , both were on point. "

"The hotel is conveniently located and you can walk to a lot of great museums and dining options. The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and always greeted you with a smile. It was clean and the breakfast had a good variety of options."

"This in is gorgeously decorated with early 1900 pieces and old world charm. They have an area that doubles as a wedding and event property so the outdoor sitting areas have that same early century feeling. The rooms have more character than the cut and pace, sterile environment, hotels, and motels out there. And the staff was very helpful and gracious."

"The room was great. The bed was tight and firmly made. The staff and vallet were great. They gave me the accommodations that I needed. I would recommended this establishment to all my family and friends. The staff even put my luggage in my vehicle, so I wouldn't be late to the Panthers Game. The price for the hotel is very reasonable as well and downtown, not to mention a block up, you have Ri Ra Pub and club Prohibition (highly recommended both!!). "

"All was well with my stay, with only a couple of exceptions. The shower was not clean where the glass slides and the bathroom had a smell of faint urine. I sprayed it down with lysol."
