Ga mtns! 22 mins to Blue Ridge, 7 Mins to the Riverwalk in McCaysville (dine & shop on the Toccoa River), 25 mins to Murphy, NC ( Harrah's Cherokee Valley River Casino). Hiking, mtn biking, wine tasting, apple picking (Mercier Orchards & Deep Root Orchards mins away). The space
Our brand new construction cabin will take your breath away from the moment you drive past our small lake to the moment you open the door and enter into our picturesque custom built mtn home with 20 foot floor to ceiling windows that allow a gorgeous view to our outdoor fireplace and the 1.5 acres of woods that surround our cabin. Our open concept has original blue pine wood trim throughout, original pine flooring and natural light throughout. Enjoy relaxing by the gas log fireplace inside or choose to sit on the back porch while enjoying the outdoor stone wood burning fireplace. Hot tub that seats 6-7 people just added to property! Plenty of outdoor living space for reading a book (books for all ages provided), to playing many of our games, including corn hole, hook and ring toss, Volleyball/Badminton/Horse shoes/portable ring toss game, checkers and Jenga, Puzzles or watch your favorite shows on the 65" Smart Samsung TV above the outdoor fireplace while you grill your favorite foods on our new Gas Grill and choose to dine outside with our 6 person dining table w/ swivel chairs and a cooler in the middle of the table to keep your drinks cold. There is plenty of backyard space to bring the games to the level area that is surrounded by nature or take a quick stroll to the small lake to fish (which is a 2 min walk from our property).

Our mountain retreat will take all your worries away, especially after a day of hiking, wine tasting, whitewater rafting, mtn biking, shopping, apple picking or driving around to see the mtn views.

Our 2 bedrooms offer a cozy, serene sleeping area with King Mattresses in both Bedrooms, Blackout curtains, blackout shades, 43" Samsung Smart TV's are also in both Bedrooms and each have their own access to a full bathroom. The master bathroom has a spa like shower with bench, double sinks and an oversized walk in closet. The second bedroom has a full bathroom with a tub/shower and single sink and a walk in closet. Each closet has extra pillows, thick blankets for those colder evenings and twin blow up air mattresses with air pump.

There is also a Queen sofa bed in the family room which is very comfortable and even has a adjustable headrest.

Our kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, leathered Granite countertops, Keurig (we provide a variety of K-pods to get you started) & for those not so tech savvy, we have a Mr. Coffee-Coffee maker w/ filters provided, blender, toaster, many spices to cook with, vegetable steamer, crock pot, cookie sheets, pots and pans, wine opener, can opener, strainer, cheese grater, whisk, measuring utensils, mixing bowls and much more, for the master chef of the group to use!

We have a custom wood island with two bar stools, breakfast area has a custom built table and chairs that seats 6. The Kitchen is open to the family room, so easy to engage in conversation or watch your favorite show on our 65" Samsung Smart TV that hangs above the stone Gas log fireplace.

Brig your boat, ATV, Motorcycle or whatever type of fun toys you want to enjoy because getting to our mountain getaway, is an easy 1/10th of a mile drive down the gravel entrance to our level crusher run driveway, that can accommodate 7-8 Vehicles. As long as you abide by our community rule of driving 15 mph or less, you have plenty of dirt/gravel road to ride around our community, which makes a big circle, right back to our cabin.

The beautiful nature feeling of Bear Feet Retreat, makes for the perfect cabin getaway in the mountains of Blue Ridge, and not far is the Gateway to the Chattahoochee National Forest and close to the Cohutta Wilderness.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire cabin, the 1.5 wooded acres and the small lake to fish in. There are owners cabinets in both bedroom closets that will be locked.
Other things to note
All guests who are staying or visiting the cabin acknowledge that the owners of Bear Feet Retreat, are not liable for any injuries, loss of property or damage to the guests personal items including vehicles, boats, motorcycles or personal belongings. All guests agree to not bring any pets into cabin, smoke on premises or light any real candles.
All guests acknowledge that owners do have 2 motion light security cameras, on the outside of the cabin, for security purposes. Locations of the cameras….one on the front corner of the cabin and one on the far corner of the back porch, past the dining table, which points to backyard. These two cameras help light up the front and backyard at night.
