"The garage conversion to a casita is pretty good, the reason we are rating it average is the lack of privacy. The blinds, if you can call them that, offer no privacy. There are no curtains or any other type of blind to close. You are able to see into theentite sleeping/living area from the street. This also means any lights in the main house illuminate the casita. Simply adding blackout blind or a simple curtain within the boho theme would work. This really is a significant issue as it feels...

"Good but overpriced. While rated a 5 star something is lacking. The food is mediocre at best and they seem to be trying to appeal to “foodies” rather than relying on tried and true favorites. I am surprised this hotel made the Auberge collection. "

"You could tell the staff was diligent and consistent with the level of care and attentiveness to this hotel! Although not in the best part of town. The staff and cleanliness is what gave this a FIVE STAR review. The * only thing I would have changed are the pillows I would have preferred a bit more firm structure to the pillow to provide more support. But I have nothing negative to say about the staff and how well they communicate ant the desk and housekeeping maintain the property. So...

"Pet friendly, good location. The unit I got smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, I notified the host immediately just to inform them so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking in the unit, and they assured me I would not be. There was a huge dumpster right outside the unit, very loud when they came to empty it, woke me from my sleep. "

"Hotel was dingy. The lobby is extremely small and still had a Christmas center piece on the table. The hotel is not staffed 24/7. I had to check out early for a flight and the gate for the desk was down. I had to get a blanket from the desk before bed and had a difficult time finding the correct door to the lobby (there was no signage for that door or the elevator). No tissues, cups, or coffee maker in the room. Horrible hotel."
