The Space:

The main living area is bright and open with mountain views visible from multiple sides of the home. A large sectional sofa surrounds the stunning stone fireplace, creating a comfortable place to gather after a day spent exploring McCall, Payette Lake, or the nearby slopes.



The chef’s kitchen is designed for entertaining and includes ample prep space, modern appliances, and seating for five at the oversized island. Adjacent to the kitchen, the breakfast nook offers seating for four, while the formal dining area comfortably seats eight for larger meals and gatherings. Also on the main level is a laundry room with washer and dryer for guest convenience.



Down the hallway, guests will find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. One bedroom features a queen bed, mountain views, and a double-door closet, while the second bedroom includes two twin beds, mountain views, and a large closet.



The spacious primary suite offers incredible mountain views along with a king bed, walk-in closet, and private deck access with its own fire pit seating area. The luxurious ensuite bathroom features double vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.

Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.
