Nestled high among the pines in McCall’s serene neighborhood, the upstairs retreat is a perfect mix of comfort and adventure. Whether you're drawn to winter sports or summer lakeside fun, this home offers the best of both worlds. Just 1 street away from Ponderosa State Park, you can walk or bike to scenic hiking trails, lakeside beaches, and incredible viewpoints. During the summer, Payette Lake is your playground for paddle boating, kayaking, and fishing. Come winter, Brundage Mountain, just 20 minutes away, beckons with its pristine powder slopes and uncrowded terrain.

Downtown McCall is just a short 10-minute drive away, where local breweries, cozy coffee shops, and boutique shopping await. The nearby McCall Winter Carnival adds a festive touch to the town throughout the year. Back at the cabin, take in the fresh mountain air on the private deck. You’ll enjoy easy access to outdoor activities with paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, and beach toys available for your use.

The cabin offers air conditioning (a rare luxury in McCall cabins!), perfect for those warm summer days. We are dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along at with a small flat fee. There’s also an EV charger available for guests who need to charge their electric vehicle (just bring your own cord).

The upstairs suite provides plenty of parking space for up to 2 vehicles, with ample room for full-size trucks or snowmobile trailers. Located just 1 mile from Davis Beach and Payette Lake, and 1.5 miles from downtown McCall, this home offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience.

The space sleeps up to 6 guests and offers plenty of room to unwind after a busy day. The open, airy living area with large windows lets in plenty of natural light and beautiful views of the surrounding woods. During colder months, radiant floor heating and a cozy living area make this space extra inviting. Whether you’re enjoying time together or simply relaxing in privacy, the upstairs suite ensures comfort and convenience for all.

House Rules:
1. No parties or events allowed. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 10 am.
2. All guests must be included in the reservation; extra guest fees may apply if applicable.
3. No smoking allowed. No burning of candles, incense, or open flames.
4. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
5. Linens are provided for guest comfort only and are not to be used for cleaning or any other unintended purposes.
6. Mail and packages: Receiving mail or packages without prior consent from the host is not permitted.
7. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
8. Please take care of the furnishings. Any removal or misuse of furniture or kitchenware can result in additional fees.
9. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
10. Please do your dishes
11. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

WAIVER & LIMITATION Limitation of Liability: The Guest expressly agrees to assume all risks and acknowledges that the Host shall not be liable for any incidents, accidents, injuries, illnesses, or harm that may occur, either on or off the premises, during the term of the reservation. This limitation of liability includes, but is not limited to, all areas and amenities provided by the premises such as the gym, clubhouse, business center, playground, swimming pool, hot tub, or any other common or recreational areas. Loss or Damage to Personal Property: The Host shall not be responsible for, nor shall the Host assume any liability for, the loss, theft, or damage to any personal property, belongings, or valuables of the Guest or any other persons on the premises during the stay or left behind after the reservation. DISCLOSURES Security Surveillance: The Host maintains an active exterior security camera that is constantly recording both audio and video. The Host may monitor and review these recordings to ensure guest safety, property security, and compliance with house rules. This camera is located in an exterior location and will not infringe upon the private living spaces of the Guest. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT Access and Termination of Occupancy: Access to the premises is strictly limited to the duration of the valid reservation, and the right to occupancy shall terminate automatically upon the maturity, cancellation, or breach of the reservation terms by the Guest. Any unauthorized access or overstay may be subject to additional charges and legal action. Acknowledgment and Consent: By proceeding with the reservation, the Guest expressly acknowledges and consents to the aforementioned terms and disclosures, and agrees that such acknowledgment shall constitute a binding agreement between the parties. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the reservation and additional remedies as allowed by law.

Wonderful Location

We stayed on the 2nd floor of this house, which also included a great deck outside for sitting in mornings and evenings. It was a comfortable place, very quiet. Our host, Drew, was extremely helpful throughout the vacation process. He answered all questions very quickly. It was great to have someone that helpful for our stay.
