Annie's Place accommodates up to eight guests - BOTH Annie's Place and Almost Heaven will accommodate up to 16 guests when booked together!

Well located fully furnished home on Payette Lake! Small garage with parking in front of garage as well. This is a classic McCall home on the lake. Amazing views, next to Rotary Park and close to the famous Shore Lodge. TVs with Roku for streaming shows and movies. Cozy up to the fireplace downstairs and watch the snow fall in the winter; enjoy the back patio and dock in the summer months. Very close to Albertsons grocery store and downtown McCall.

Master bedroom with King bed and attached bath. Guest room one has queen bed, guest room two has full over full bunk bed, and there is a sofa sleeper downstairs in the second living room to accommodate up to eight guests total. Or book both Annie's Place and Almost Heaven to accommodate your larger group!

This home has a two-night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3- or 4-night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.

Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.

The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.

This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. No exceptions.

To start your vacation off right, we've provided a day's worth of supplies, including your morning coffee, paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided where required is propane for gas grills and enough wood for indoor fireplace use during your stay. For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.

Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us – we're always just a phone call away.
