The house is located in Coto Privado and features free parking.

The house has two floors.
Upper floor:
- Master bedroom with A/C, closet, and a double bed.
- Bedroom 2 with A/C, closet, and a double/single bunk bed.
- One full bathroom shared by both bedrooms.
- Ironing area.

Ground Floor:
- Three-piece corner living room.
- Dining room.
- Kitchen with stove and range hood.
- Microwave, coffee maker, blender, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Refrigerator.
- Washing machine.
- Half bath.

The living-dining area features a 1.5-metric-ton air conditioner and a 50-inch TV with Netflix.

Within the Private Gated Community:
Guests have access to the pool during permitted hours, green spaces, a playground, a basketball court, etc.

Inside the House:
Guests have access to everything inside the house, except for the door at the top of the stairs, which will be locked and is for the exclusive use of housekeeping staff.

The house is located just 5 minutes from the Convention Center, Plaza Galerías, Walmart, Sam’s Club, the General Hospital, pharmacies, Oxxo stores, Kiosko, restaurants, and near the Mazatlán Marina, where you can rent a yacht.

As for beaches, I’d say Playa Pato Blanco or Cerritos Beach are the closest; however, just 7.9 km away is the Zona Dorada, which has even more beaches, and 8.3 km away is the Mazatlán Aquarium, which is also a popular destination for travelers and is just a few steps from the beach.

Residencial Real Del Valle consists of several gated communities; it’s a very safe area that’s constantly growing and has many points of interest, such as shopping centers, restaurants, taquerías, stores, hospitals, and a convention center.

You can take Paseo del Atlántico Avenue to get to the Zona Dorada, the marina, Plaza Galerías, and other destinations.
