"Great house right on the lake. Lots of room for cooking and spending time together. Sun room, deck and firepit were our favorites. The dining room table was a great spot for playing board games. Very convenient location to walk to Bemus Point, short drive to Long Point State Park, Panama Rocks, Chautauqua Institute and Jamestown. Very clean and well maintained. The host was prompt in answering any questions. "

"This was our fourth stay. We enjoyed the beautiful fall scenery and opportunity to recharge our batteries in an authentic, step back in time farmhouse. The home is super clean.
