"Beautiful home and location…peaceful surroundings but close enough to Lexington to satisfy shopping/entertainment needs. Excellent communication from host. And host was awesome in addressing our questions and getting us firewood for the outdoor fire pit. Would suggest adding a note to the listing that check in info is usually shared the day of check in.Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we are in the Lexington area."

"Nice big place, plenty of space nice big kitchen too. Close to Paris and Lexington. Beutiful scenery and the donkeys were a bonus! "

"We loved our stay! The place was clean and comfortable, and peaceful. The only thing we missed was having a cookie sheet, because I like to make bacon in the oven. Steve was really nice to chat with, as I saw him out and about on the property a couple of times. I’d definitely stay again! Being a horse person, I loved the daily views and interactions with the mares and foals!"

"Had a great stay. The Farmhouse was much so much nicer in person than the pictures on the Vrbo site. Beautiful kitchen cabinetry. Loved the fire pit and covered pavilion. Tons of firewood available. Place was very quiet and peaceful. House was solid. No squeaky floors, stairs or doors. Host Melissa was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you."

"The Barn is a gorgeous property in a tranquil setting. The furnishings/decor are clean, uncluttered, and very comfortable. The bedding was luxurious...best sleep I've ever had at a VRBO. Gwen, our host, made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying at The Barn."

"We loved our stay at the farmhouse! It is beautifully decorated with antiques to honor its rich history, but also has an updated kitchen and laundry room for modern conveniences. The property stunning. We enjoyed our days swimming in the saltwater pool and our nights watching the beautiful sunsets and starry skies. The farm animals roam the property and are very friendly. The owners live near the house and are attentive and helpful if needed. They even delivered farm fresh eggs and...
