"2 complaints and 1 praise: Teenagers LOVED the S’mores station! Back deck and furniture is FILTHY/ I washed and filled the hummingbird feeders that were sticky and moldy. Entirely TOO MUCH decor and every cabinet and shelf filled with household items. No room to put our personal belongings. "

"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! We were traveling with 5 adults and 2 children, and the house was perfect. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The rest of the house was clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up. The two kids on the trip stayed in the downstairs area with the bunk beds and LOVED having their “own” hangout room with a large couch, tv, and ping pong table. "We had an amazing time in Cloudcroft and staying in this wonderful cabin. The sunset views from the patio were stunning, and our 3 kids loved exploring around outside. The house is cozy, spacious, and clean; perfect for our family of 5. There is no A/C but plenty of fans and leaving the windows open at night made it very comfortable. The cabin is walking distance to town and the historic Lodge hotel and golf course. I highly recommend this property!"

"This property is a complete do-over. The living area is spacious, with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed including a regular coffee pot and a Keurig coffee pot. Nice touch! We spent a lot of time on the front porch -- a very large area with comfortable seating and a table for playing games. We saw many deer from there and from the dining room table. One bedroom has bunk beds to this is not good for 3 couples but would be perfect for children. Lots of games...
