Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 10 people is allowed on the property at any time.

Registered Guests: All guests, including infants, babies, and children of all ages, must be accurately specified in your reservation.

Overnight Visitors: No unregistered overnight guests are permitted. Any guest not included in the original booking will incur additional fees per person, based on current platform rates.

No Pets: Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Conduct & Events
No Parties: Parties and events are strictly forbidden.

Community Rules: Guests must respect and comply with all community guidelines and building regulations posted within the apartment or the property.

Content Creation: Commercial photography, filming, live streaming, or promotional social media content is not permitted without prior written authorization from the host. Unauthorized use of the property’s image may lead to immediate cancellation and potential legal action.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Cleanliness Standard: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition. If the property is left excessively dirty (e.g., unwashed pots and pans, excessive trash, floor stains, or marked walls), a $100 USD cleaning fee will be applied.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. A fee of $100 USD per day will be charged if smoking occurs inside the apartment.

Check-Out & Compliance
Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs will incur a $100 USD fee.

Rule Violations: Violating house rules may result in the immediate eviction of all guests without a refund.

Good Faith Agreement: By booking, you agree to act in good faith and refrain from damaging the property or its reputation following any enforcement of these rules by the host or Airbnb.
