Formerly an agricultural outbuilding, La Petite Cour has been beautifully renovated to offer you a peaceful and authentic retreat in Mayac, Dordogne. With a generous living space of 175 m², this guest house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.



Spread over two levels, the house features spacious rooms and all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay. On the ground floor, you will find a large, bright open living area, including a comfortable lounge with fireplace, a welcoming dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilets, and a master suite with a private shower room. The house offers 10 beds, arranged to ensure comfort and privacy for each guest.



Outside, the house opens onto a north-facing enclosed courtyard and, to the south, onto an open-air terrace with unobstructed views of the floodplain of the Isle valley—perfect for enjoying sunny days and outdoor meals.
