"We arrived and check in was fine, the apartment was clean. But we felt the apartment wasn’t equipped for a rental. The bedding sheets didn’t fit the mattress and kept coming off, there was no mattress protector, the quilt cover and no poppers so the quilt kept falling out of the cover, the headboard wasn’t fixed to the wall so kept rattling (the poor neighbour’s).
