"Unfortunately my stay did not start well as my email had been ‘lost’ and I was not met at the airport, however after a phone call this was sorted. Staff are very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do more when I arrived and during my stay. My chalet was very nice, it’s a bit hit and miss whether you get hot water but a lukewarm warm shower was welcome after a hot, long journey. The surrounding grounds are nicely laid out and atmospheric with lots of seating areas and the outdoor bar is a nice...

"We absolutely loved our stay at two friends. The property was beautiful and the staff was wonderful. We really enjoyed lounging in the pool and then having our dinner down at the lake. We highly recommend this as a location, especially if you are leaving early in the morning to catch a plane for a gorilla Trek"
