The space
Let me walk you through the villa:
Bedrooms: (2 bedroom is on the ground floor, 4 on the first floor)
- All bedrooms have air-conditioners
- One of the Bedrooms has a TV!
- Some bedrooms and living room have balconies
- 5 bedrooms have a double bed and the last one has a bunk bed accommodating 4 people. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
Living Room:
- The living room is located on the ground floor overlooking the lawn and the pool
- The living room has a AC.
- It's spacious and has a seating arrangement for 20-30 people
- A flat-screen TV, a music system and Wi-Fi are available in the living area
- A few indoor games like playing cards.
- A few board games are available at the villa
Bathrooms:
- The villa has 6 private and 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided
Kitchen:
- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is allowed, however, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- Crockery is available for 15 people
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
Meals:
- Meal packages that include breakfast, lunch, HI Tea and dinner are offered subject to availability.
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Please note that an 18% GST charge will be levied on the above prices.
- The meals will be delivered to the villa.
- Guests may eat out or opt for the meal package.
- In the rare scenario that the meal packages are unavailable, ordering in will be permitted.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
Pool and Lawn:
- The villa has a private infinity pool and a huge lawn
- Pool size: 20ft x 15ft with a depth of 4.5ft (Outdoor) . 20ft x 15ft with a depth of 3.5ft (Indoor).
- Guests are advised to be very cautious, especially with children
- Events can be organized at an additional cost with prior notice
- Outdoor games like cricket, badminton are available at the villa.
Additional Amenities:
- Live Music can be arranged at additional cost and subject to availability.
- A swing with an amazing view in the balcony.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- A lawn to take some peaceful evening walks avoiding the city buzz.
- A non heated jacuzzi inside the property to give a luxurious feel.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost.
- A medical kit is available at the villa
- Mosquito repellent can be provided
- A power backup is available at the villa
- Secured parking space for 6 or more cars is available
Guest access
- The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
- There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.
Other things to note
House Rules:
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM.
- Pets are allowed at the villa
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.
- Hookah is strictly prohibited in the villa premises
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is allowed, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- There is 1 indoor kitchen, and guests do not have access to it to prepare their own meals.
- If guests wish to use the kitchen to make simple food for infants, they may do so with prior approval.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
-Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
-Please note that we do not accept bookings from individuals under the age of 18. All guests must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. Valid identification may be required upon check-in to verify age.
-Management shall not be responsible for any losses of valuables.
-Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and ensure that the doors and windows are locked when they are not present in the rooms.
-Guests have access to the pool only till 10:00 PM.
-We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
-Pets are allowed.
-Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
-Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
-Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
-Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
-There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for 24 hours for security purposes.
-Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild insects or bugs due to the villa location.
-Car parking is available only in designated areas.
- No footwear allowed inside the villa
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property without permission.
-All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded to you after check out provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
Home Truths:
- The caretaker and his family stay do not live at the villa.
- WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
At Saanjh Villa, Guests are responsible for any damage to property or furniture, and late check-out will incur an extra charge—half a day's rate up to 2:00 PM and a full day's rate thereafter. Security deposits are collected at check-in, and all pending payments must be made before check-in. Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. The property is not responsible for legal issues or noise complaints. Caretakers are available from 9:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Power outages by MSEB are not covered by our inverter backup, which does not support air conditioning. And that’s it from us!
