"The rooms we stayed in were nice, clean and comfy. The a/c worked great and the pool was fun. Neighborhood felt safe. We skipped breakfast but there is a cracker barrel nearby. Free washer and dryer in the middle of our roadtrip was great!"

"The hotel was clean and maintained. I would have like the pool and hot tub to have been cleaner. I would have liked the hotel staff to have cleaned the room daily since I was there for 5 days. It would have been nice to have room service or have the hotel have a convenient system to order food to the room."

"Staff wasn’t very personable. Super slow checking in. The room was filthy. There is stuff splattered on the walls everywhere. Cigarette tar build up in AC vent. carpet and tile was sticky. Carpet was fraying and snagged. There was mold in the bathroom and mold spores on toilet paper. Dirty spots on blanket, pee stain on bedding. Fridge and microwaves weren’t cleaned very well. Curtains had stuff on them. Bed was lousy. Whole hotel smelled like smoke and animals."

There were no towels in the room, and when I went to ask for them, they refused to give them to me. The laundry room wasn't working; the ice was closed. A terrible experience."
