"This place was wonderful. Very attentive and helpful staff. All the amenities you could think of, best continental breakfast i've ever had, clean and spacious rooms and good rates. I cant think of anything negative about this place. Thanks for the great stay!"

"The front desk was out of quarters and there wasn’t another way to do laundry. Also, the 4th floor elevator didn’t work going down. You had to push up, then go down. ( would have been nice to be told that) Front desk guy at night was so kind and helpful."

"The rooms we stayed in were nice, clean and comfy. The a/c worked great and the pool was fun. Neighborhood felt safe. We skipped breakfast but there is a cracker barrel nearby. Free washer and dryer in the middle of our roadtrip was great!"

"We had two stays at the hotel over the span of a week. The room was very nice and the service was excellent. The breakfasts were also very good. We stayed at 4 other hotels on our trip through West Valley to visit family and this was the best of the hotels we stayed at on the trip. When we go back to visit family in West Valley we will be staying at this hotel again for sure."

There were no towels in the room, and when I went to ask for them, they refused to give them to me. The laundry room wasn't working; the ice was closed. A terrible experience."
