This beautiful and modernly furnished holiday apartment is located on the second floor, which you can easily reach by lift. The apartment has a furnished balcony from where you can enjoy beautiful views of, among other things, the church of St Wolfgang. The centre of the market town of Mauterndorf is within walking distance. There is parking space for 1 car in the carport. We kindly ask you to park any additional cars in the public car park
Winter sports enthusiasts have a wide choice of ski areas, such as Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg or Katschberg with its great A1 downhill run - one of the longest runs in the Alps. The ski bus leaves every 15 minutes and is easily accessible on foot.

But also in summer the offer is impressive. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here. Mauterndorf and its surroundings are ideal for hiking or you can take a nice ride on the "Taurachbahn", Austria's highest narrow-gauge railway. Only 8 km away is a well-maintained 18-hole golf course, it is a special experience to hit the ball between the mountains.

From the accommodation it is only a few minutes' walk to the centre of Mauterndorf, where you will find inns, restaurants and shopping centres.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
