"The room's carpet was wet, and so was the bedding. They shouldn't offer breakfast; it's very bad. The only good thing is the hotel's location and the fact that they provide passes to visit other resorts—that alone makes it worth it."

"Classy property and rooms. The river view was spectacular. Indoor pool and hot tub area was so well furnished with quality chairs and couches. Staff was helpful and friendly. Restaurant breakfast was excellent. Needed better directions to other Natura attractions."

"Could not understand the desk clerk that was on in afternoon also do not buy the insurance from Expedia I did had to leave a day early and can not get a refund"

"The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. But the lights to the outside pool did not go on, the gate to the pool area was locked in the far entrance so walking there was longer. And the door that led to the pool from the inside did not require a key, which was in back of the building so anyone could enter (without a key). The floors were pretty dirty in the common spaces as well."
