Fully enjoy the amazing view, because these homes are on the tip of a headland and are surrounded by water. Right next to the Nederrijn with a unique view of 2 marinas, multiple beaches, and an opposite island. Tranquil and in a special location. This ensures that during your stay in a Tiny House you really take time for each other again. Besides that, the big advantage of a Tiny House is that they are sustainable. That's how you can enjoy a responsible holiday with a good feeling. That's ultimate enjoyment! Our Tiny River Houses feel very spacious because of the tall ceilings and windows with a view of the water. Inside the home on the ground floor you'll find a modern, cozy living room, furnished with a stylish couch, an armchair, coffee table, dining table for 2 persons, and a flatscreen TV. The compact kitchen has a modern furnishing with a cooking plate, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, Nespresse coffee machine, and inventory for 2 persons. The bathroom, with shower, sink, and toilet, is also on the ground floor.  

You'll find a 2-person bed in the sleeping attic (upper floor) of the home, which is accessible through fixed stairs. From the living room, you can access the nicely constructed hardwood patio and the beautiful garden, which has a table and 2 garden chairs and a hammock including stand. And if you have your own boat, you can simply walk to the harbour and sail straight onto the Nederrijn. Our homes are smoke-free and equipped with Wi-Fi. You can park your car roughly 100 meters from you Tiny House.
