"The main problem with this booking is the we paid for a hot tub and it is not working. We specifically needed one since we are doing a sporting competition. The staff on place could not help us and we had to book another hotel for a working hot tub. We hope to get reimbursed for the lost night and a credit for the night stayed.

"Des notre arrivée la dame a la réception nous a bien accueilli avec un sourire, et a pris le temps de noux expliquer le tous. Le lendemain la même chose, serviable et professionnelle. Aussi les cuisiniers étaient a la hauteur. Pas délais pour être servit le matin.
Je le recommande si vous êtes de passage a Shawinigan.

"Absolutely beautiful site - incredibly close to forest / sounds of the river while maintaining a nice distance from neighbours (we rented one of the chalets but all the accommodations are beautifully maintained and blend into the rest of the area).
The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating for all of our needs/requests.
