Enjoy the beautiful country scenery on the drive down to this A-frame cabin. As you get near, you approach a small bridge that crosses the river, followed by a few minutes of gravel road. The A-frame is located on a nice park-like 1 acre lot right on the river!

The space:


As you come in you will see one bedroom to the left with 1 king bed on main floor and bathroom to the right. You enter an open space area with cathedral ceiling where you'll see a fully equipped kitchen a large sectional/living room area and dining area. Large windows allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the river. Upstairs you will find a 1 queen bed.
Large Deck outside is great for entertaining, while the large yard is great for games!

Other things to note:

By accepting your reservation, you accept to use hot tub at your own risk. Please follow posted rules.

Use phone GPS for directions. Use main roads I-81 to Route 11 to Zion Church Rd

Use sandals or water shoes. It is hard to walk on the pebbles in the river without it.

Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed, please include in your reservation when booking.
No Pets Allowed on furniture. Pet must be on tick/flea prevention medication.

Caution with children due to stairs, sharp knives/kitchen appliances and no crib available.

Enjoy the river at your own risk. Children/pets should not be left unattended.

We spray the house regularly for bugs, however, there are certain bugs common in the area. Please do not leave windows or doors open, specially at night. Thank you.

It was an awesome experience from the A frame cabin to the river out back. The jacuzzi was already set up when we got there it was hot. Really nice deck out back to sit on there was a swing and hammock in the back by the fire pit lots of wood. River was really cool. I would like to book a summer visit to go enjoy it. Full kitchen had everything you needed there was even supplies in the cupboards. Very clean I give it 10 stars

Fantastic rental. The house was a terrific escape from the DC grind. Our children loved the hot tub and river behind the house. The town nearby had a terrific brewery and ice cream shop. The hosts were terrific and even helped send back an item weā€™d mistakenly left behind. Would definitely book again!

The house was great for a long weekend with the family and our pets. The property was very large, ideal for football and frisbee and the fire pit was a nice way to end each day. The house was quaint with everything we needed. Hot tub was clean and easy to use with privacy and a view. The yard went right up to river. If only the fish were biting a bit more often :)

This was the peaceful reset we needed! The hot tub was the highlight of the trip and very clean. The host was very proactive in giving all the necessary details prior to arriving. The host provides a lot of basic necessities and things you may have forgotten such as facial cleaning and shampoo. The reason I do not give it 5 stars is because itā€™s an ant problem at the cabin and the spray provided did not help much. The arcade room was cool but the air hockey table was not working properly and I love to play. The private road was a little scary to go across at night.

The WiFi was good. The hot tub was awesome, although we only used it once. The che k in process was easy, and the host Roberto did everything he could to help with any minor problems we encountered. We saw some deer, and our dog loved the enclosured deck, and be able to run around in the fallen leaves.

Cute cabin, beautiful setting

The cabin was small but cute and very well equipped. The setting was stunning. A shaded grassy yard leads to the river, which was beautiful and had a view of the mountains. The river was swift but very shallow. Not deep enough to kayak or canoe but perfect for a beach chair with your feet in the water. Watch the weather because thereā€™s a very low and narrow bridge you have to cross to get in/out of the area. It was flooded when we left but we got out just in time. Again, gorgeous settingā€”absolutely beautiful.

Amazing spot!

We have been coming to the river for years and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed at! The hot tub was super clean and the spot on the river is so nice! You can sit on the rocks and relax!
