Check in was easy and we were made to feel welcome. We didnt have breakfast as we had other plans. Gentlemen on reception was very helpful and knowledgeable about tge area we were going walking in

Burn Hall Hotel
the room was clean and comfortable the staff were lovely and very attentive, the meals were excellent, good size portions and very quick service, we stayed there to visit the christmas markets, but will be returning as we enjoyed so much

Grantham Arms
Upon arrival at the Grantham Arms, we were welcomed warmly by staff. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful on the Saturday before Christmas. Our room was well-appointed and very cosy. Kitchen was beautiful. We really appreciated the home baked lemon loaf cake that was waiting for us on arrival. The expresso machine was great but would’ve appreciated instructions and only enough expresso powder for one cup - had to go buy more immediately.

Temple Hill View
The house was lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. It is in a tranquil village and has plentiful off-road parking.
