"I travel extensively using booking sites like Vrbo for nearly all stays. This is the first time that I have written a negative review about a host.On check-in day, still no check-in info. I sent host a Vrbo msg. No reply for 3 hours. I called Vrbo support. The host calls and says check-in info was in “welcome email”. I told her I didn’t receive it. She asks, “why didn’t you let me know that you did not receive it?”. At one point she says, “I am German. I am very organized”.In condo, I text that...
