"The first room was the worst I have ever stayed in. Couch cushions ripped, smell was awful and the tile in the bathroom was broken. It was like it had never been cleaned, ever other than what was absolutely needed. The second room, with the wonderful help of the evening staff, was better. The pull out couch was completely broken and no hot water evening or morning. Breakfast food ran out 40 minutes before closing. Staff were not able to replenish. Expedia needs to do a better job checking on...
