"Good price point for a two bedroom apartment. We were on 10th floor so minimal noise. Location is so convenient with bus interchange and train station less than 3 minute walk. Room serviced everyday. Really enjoyed having wash machine in the room with laundry powder provided. Staff were very friendly and helped us swap out worn out items such as iron, fry pan and oven tray. They even provided an air dryer for clothes when we asked. Amazing views of Mount Eden and CBD Skyline. Only let downs...

"An amazing stay! We were long term visitors, staying over a month. We had a fantastic view over the little reservoir nearby, and got to see all sorts of flora and fauna. The two bedroom apartment was well suited for our stay, with Botany Downs Town Centre a short walk away we had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly, and super helpful. Can’t recommend this place enough."

"We had an excellent stay, almost as comfortable as our own home, which was a pleasant surprise since many holiday properties we’ve stayed in haven’t been as cozy. While we knew in advance that it didn’t have a washing machine, it became more noticeable after spending a week there. "My family enjoyed our stay here. There were more rooms than our numbers and lots of bathrooms. It was also so clean. Communication was prompt and Michael (host) was kind enough to be flexible with our checkin/checkout time. We had everything we needed. Rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, laundry washer and dryer and many more. I highly recommend this space. We will for sure book again if we ever have the chance to visit New Zealand again. "

"From January to April I stayed in the one bedroom flat and the hosts could not do enough for me, making it feel like a home from home.. The place is modern, clean and light and it has a shower to die for as a bonus. if you want to exercise there is a lovely coastal walk behind the property it's also very close to the airport. "The setting is really lovely, night or day, sunny or cloudy. What a view- better than the photos! The house is charming, spacious, with just the right amenities and atmosphere. The bed we slept in was super comfy. Michael and Mina are extremely nice, respectful, and easy going. Glad we rented a car.
