"Excellent location and property overall. Generally felt geared a bit more for families with smaller children so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a more adult focused retreat."

"O hotel, ainda que já apresente alguns sinais do tempo, continua excelente e o nível de serviço é excelente. Alguns utens a melhorar, porém, seriam o café da manhã, mesmo com lugares no restaurante apresenta fila do lado de fora. Não demorou demais nenhum dia, mas causa má impressão. Outro ponto seria o valor do Valet (US $60,00+ taxas), se não há self service para estacionar, isso se torna meio abusivo. E se há, não é oferecido. Um dos dois precisa ser apresentado."

"Staff was unfriendly mainly the waiter at the capisce restaurant, where we had breakfast and waited more than half an hour without any single explanation. Nice room and nice and quiet pool but again the waiter there was not customer oriented."

"This was a really lovely place to stay. It was very clean, comfortable and beautiful views with the koi pond waterfall off the spacious patio. The hosts were great communicators and we were checked on after our first night to make sure all was okay with the accommodations and it was. The resort and and beach and pools were all incredible. We definitely recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!"

"The rooms were better than described in the listing. We booked a two bedroom with a shared kitchenette area, and we have plenty of room for 5 adults. The fold-out couches were real memory foam mattresses and were very comfortable. We had a great view of the ocean, and we the property was clean and full of amenities. We never had an issue finding a chair at the beach or poolside. Highly recommend!"

"The condo itself was perfect. Nice balcony, partial view of the ocean, and excellent view of the lagoon / courtyard with palm trees, etc. excellent master bath, washer / dryer, full kitchen, close to elevators and the main resort lobby (but very quiet), etc. The resort was pretty good. Three pools to choose from and two are large and have water slides (though neither very good). Several large hot tubs. If I was being nit pickey I think the pools could be a little better maintained and I wish...

"Love everything about this resort. The room was perfect. Upon arrival the room was not ready until 7pm, but wasnt a problem we sat at the bar and had cocktails and waited until we got the text that the room was ready. Definitely staying here again!!"
