"Ficamos no quarto que tem mezanino. O espaço é amplo e agradável. Jogo de lençol, banho e cama de qualidade. Cozinha bem equipada. A praia em frente ao hotel não é muito frequentada. Os pombos fazem muito barulho no telhado e sujam toda a sacada. "

"Primeiro cobraram $40 dólares para estacionar o carro por noite , a recepcionista com uma má vontade , no dia 9 de Fevereiro acabou a luz do hotel e não tínhamos elevador e não funcionava nada no quarto , tivemos que descer e subir pela escada e com malas , um absurdo não ter um gerador de energia , até a hora do check out não havia retornado, além de nos colocarem em quarto errado . "

"The Hampton Inn at Maui was the worst hotel I stayed in all Hawaii. Apart being a very basic hotel, charging a resort fee for almost nothing, with a less than poor breakfast, 300 dollars simply “disappeared” from my safe box in my room! The manager don’t even contacted me about!! Finally, at a more than confusing checkout, they said made 12 (twelve!!) charge entries on my credit card until finally reaching the right number (which was much more than what was said when I checked in!). "The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons...

"The windows in the suit do not have screens, and I talked to the hotel. They spent about 90 minutes in and out of the room and told me they cannot find the right size of screen for the windows. Also the carpet is very old and dirty and has a moldy and rotten smell, hurt my throat, and difficult to breath. Also all the window sills are very dirty. It is not in a livable condition. I talked to the front counter manager, and he finally go me a room on the last night. This room is a little better,...
