"The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I felt welcome upon my arrival and I appreciated the food that was available."
"I stayed here for 4 nights and really enjoyed my stay. It was only my young son and I, and we felt safe staying here.. The staff was very friendly the moment we walked through the door. The room was very clean and smelled nice. I never leave reviews but this one deserved it a nice review. Ive stayed in plenty of hotels in the area over the years and this was by far the nicest. "
"Nice place for the price. Very Close to kings island, which is why we were there. Close to restaurants, and anything we needed. I would call it a value hotel, but ive stayed here multiple times. They have mads nice improvements. You cant beat the value provide for the price. Ill continue to stay here when im passing through. Rooms were clean and comfortable. "
"Stayed during the Cincinnati Open. Drive to the event was quick and rady. The hotel is located in a nice wooded area across from a golf course. Staff was friendly and always available. "

"Quiet location and a Waffle House across the street
Small room (1Q) but comfy and clean.
Staff very nice. Breakfast 6-10(haven’t tried yet)
Not enough plugs ins and no USB plugs! This is important! You need to know to bring your own.
Bed was facing a wall with TV on the far right wall.

"The property and the service are great.
However the check in process was terrible as we had to call Expedia and have the payment sent to the hotel. The credit card was as denied even though I had already paid. This was a long complicated process and very frustrating. I expected to check right in with out hassle.
To make matters worse I was told the room would only cost 75.00 dollars if I had called the hotel directly. I will not be using Expedia in the future nor recommend it to others. "
"The check in early to get 3 rooms together was wonderful. Peter assigned our rooms so family members could be close.
When the kids had trouble getting the TV to work, they came to the room quickly to help.

"We booked this hotel as a last minute accommodation on the way home from our vacation. Our room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. This appears to be a renovated property (as opposed to new), but the renovations were very well done. Price was great. Breakfast was good, had many cold and hot options. Would stay here again if our travels take us to Cincinnati again."
