"It felt like home. A short walk to the bus depot gave me access to all surrounding sites, or an easy 25 minute walk to city centre. Tea and coffee, juice and bread on hand. Two friendly dogs that were all talk at first became friends during the first encounter."

Parking at the hotel very convenient as we used the park and ride to Norwich town centre which was located close to the hotel . Overall very pleased with our stay ."

"The website portrays a very well equipped hotel, with functioning dining room, serving afternoon teas, funeral teas, Sunday lunches. There was no food available at all, no evening meal or even breakfast! This place is not even a Bed and Breakfast status, as no breakfast available. This is definitely one place to avoid, especially for the price charged. There was alcohol available provided you wanted top shelf stuff or cider. Will definitely never set foot in this place again."

"Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. "Property looks dated and in need of a modern upgrade. The hotel t is clean anc the staff was exceptionally good and helpful The location is great - near the Train Station and good restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful."
