"Ótimo hotel. Bem típico da cultura japonesa, com senhoras que só falam japones. Tem transporte da estação de trem de ida e volta para o hotel. Ao chegar no hotel, eles disponibilizam roupas típicas da cultura japonesa para serem usadas durante a estadia, que achamos bem legal. A comida é típica japonesa. O onsen (banho quente) é público e é maravilhoso. Ao se hospedar nesse hotel, alem da comida e vestimenta, dormimos no tatame. Muito bom."

A vila não tem muita opção de refeições, então optamos por jantar no hotel e foi uma experiência maravilhosa. O banho “onsen “ que o hotel oferece foi uma surpresa! Tudo muito limpo e cômodo pra uma viagem a dois! "
"Location is good, opposite is the ski resort, which has good snow. Overall room was well maintained, public Onsen was nice too. However we came during early ski season, there is barely any restaurants opens. Hotel cafe food is a bit expensive, and not much choice (mainly western). If plan to stay may order half board instead, or tell hotel staff to reserve dinner before 10am"
"The hotel is a located inside a converted house. Everything looks very traditional, complete with low ceilings, sliding doors, mat covered floors and futons. The dorm slept four, which I though was tight, but it seems to work well enough that I slept quite well both nights. My futon had two layers and although I like a firm mattress, I did think it was quite sore on my back the 1st night.

O atendimento é excelente e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Há possibilidade de transfer desde a estação e para o Parque dos Macacos da Neve de Jigokudani. Além disso, o hotel oferece uma boa lanchonete. O quarto em que ficamos era amplo, com colchões confortáveis e muito limpo. Se retornarmos à região, certamente nos hospedaríamos novamente. "
"A beautiful and rustic ryokan run by a lovely older couple and their son. The building and it’s location are incredible, just a short walk from Yudanaka Station and Shibu Onsen. "

"This is an amazing place!! I have travelled around Japan for a few weeks and this was definitely one of the best places i stayed for several reasons:
1st- the staff is incredible!! And I mean not just the usual JP politeness , here they were really friendly, supportive and interested - giving a lot of recommendations and showing interest
2nd - they have a great chef that makes each dinner and breakfast a delightful adventure through local cousine
3rd - the beds are super confortable and warm and evertyhing is super clean
4th - location is beautiful and super easy of you come by car or bus - it's very close to snow monkey park, kusatsu and the ski station ( they even have a training simulator!!)
It's just a great value for money.
If I ever come to Japan again I will for sure stay here again and I recommend everyone to do the same."
