"Fully renovated just as described on the listing. Super clean and very organized. We were able to bring our boat and keep it in the water behind the house. This place is so cute and cumfy. My husband and I come to this little town at least twice a year. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back to stay here when we visit the area on our next trip. "We've been staying on pine Island for years, and we really enjoyed our stay at the 57 in Matlacha. We took advantage of the bikes and the hot tub just about every day. Loved waking up and seeing the water every morning, even had a pair of manatee swim by! Overall our stay was very pleasant and convenient to everything we love! I highly recommend the 57, it's spacious and very comfortable. My suggestions to the owner would be to invest in a few lamps, taller kitchen garbage can and a colander."
