It`s in a large estate and it`s surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, in Matino, with its outbuilding that can accommodate up to 5 guests, is ideal for a vacation in Salento a few kilometers away from the beaches of Gallipoli.

The Dependance is a comfortable and refined house with large outdoor spaces such as the solarium by the pool (which is shared with the owners of the villa) and the barbecue area. The outbuilding consists of a living room with dining area and adjacent kitchen, 2 bedrooms (master bedroom and twin bedroom) and a bathroom with shower.

In addition to the beautiful and authentic old town centre, Matino offers the the main services and it`s a few minutes` drive away from the most beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast such as Gallipoli, Lido Pizzo, Torre San Giovanni and Pescoluse.

 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Shared Pool available from May to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The owner lives in the central body of the villa.
- Presence of 2 dogs in the cage.
- Air conditioning in the corridor.
