Room cleanliness was very poor. Staff were generally approachable and helpful. Spa was ok but cleanliness was poor. Breakfast (included) was very limited.

Roy the manager went over and above to help us during the check in process. Let us check in early as our room was ready. We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city.
