"Had the best time with my family at the camp. The place was unbelievable, it was so pretty and well decorated. The outside was just as nice, my grandson love fishing off the docks and so did I. "Angela was the perfect host! We were a team of professional tournament anglers traveling with family. The home was absolutely perfect with plenty of parking for 3 boats. Everything from the linens, towels, and bedding were boutique hotel quality! The outdoor living spaces where we grilled our dinners were perfect. Overall, we had the perfect Louisiana experience tucked in a very safe and enjoyable Houma neighborhood! Thank you Angela for being an excellent host!!!"

"The pictures of the place look cute. When we got there we were horrified! My family and I arrived to the property, and discovered the 3rd "bedroom" was a refinished garage without heat! It was 40 degrees that night. We also found mouse dropping in a different bedroom. We travel with pets so we had no other choice but to stay the night. We didn't arrive until after 9pm. When we woke the next morning there were cockroaches in the kitchen. We called the owner right away. He knew about the roaches...

"This was such a memorable birthday! From the enriching history of the property to the coziness of both inside and outside aspects of the home. Mom enjoyed the antique aspects and my boyfriend enjoyed the serenity of the lush trees - I enjoyed that it made me feel like I was in the Princess and the Frog.
