Our new property consists of 3 apartments, completely independent, ready to accommodate up to 8 people.

On the first floor, you will find a loft, perfect for accommodating up to 2 people, and a spacious and cozy two-room apartment, ideal for a group of up to 4 people.
Going up to the second floor, the loft with terrace awaits you, a real jewel that sleeps up to 2 people and offers an amazing view of the Materano canyon known as La Gravina.

Each apartment is equipped with a private bathroom, equipped with all the comforts to make your relaxation a priority, with an equipped kitchen, which allows you to comfortably prepare breakfast or a quick lunch.
