"House was large, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent."

"Great stay, friendly owners and good communication. The tiny home is set a lovely location and was well appointed for a tiny home. Thanks for a lovely stay."

"The location and property were lovely! Everything we needed to cook or wash our clothes was available and in good condition. Communication with the host was quick and easy. Definitely thinking about an excuse to stay here again!"

"Great stay with the perfect location."

"This is one of the best tiny home accommodation experiences. The tiny home itself is very modern and all the minor details and extras were much appreciated! Located on a farm that makes you feel like you really are in New Zealand! The outdoor fire brazier was a nice touch, bbq available to use as well Clean quality linens and a comfy bed meant a good night's sleep. Good hot water system for the shower and kitchen too This is the perfect place to feel like you're in a rural location, but...

"Fantastic host"

"Very good stay, nice and clean, lock.box was not in place, this was not easy to get in to the house we have to call the host for help."

"The tiny home is very tiny. Upon arrival the place was hot from the sun, and very dusty under the bed and dead bugs in the window sills. Glad we like camping, felt like that with the chemical toilet, minus the fire pit and bbq. Lots of windows but location is directly between two houses and on a busy road, not in a backyard with privacy to sit out without feeling like you are sitting in a stage. Ad is inaccurate, and host doesn’t respond till 12 hours later and a second contact attempt??? ...

"A lovely house with gorgeous views. Thank you for the welcome gift box a wonderful little extra. Would definitely recommend for groups and or families."

"This is a nice place to stay near Sapphire Springs. There is a lovely walk near by. And the trees nearby are filled with native birds like Tuis. The bedrooms are in a separate annex. There are lots of clean towels and tea and coffee available"

"Great little property with everything you need for an extended stay. Good kitchen facilities, nice bathroom and comfy beds."

"Fantastic little house close to town. Enjoyed our stay here Thank you"

"Amazing spot amazing home away from home"

"Had a great weekend in this tiny home. It's really well appointed and modern. Plenty of how water and a great shower. It was really cold while we were there, but had a heat pump so we were cozy. Takeaway and pub a short drive away in Tamahere. It was an easy short flat walk to the Te Awa River path which allowed us to walk to Hamilton Gardens in around 1 hour on beautiful boardwalks along the Waikato river. As it's a tiny home and the bed on the mezanine, you can't stand up in the bedroom, but...
